The way to go for professional newsletters The features can be interesting to experiment with, but also sometimes limited. Very simple to use, but can be dull sometimes. Take advantage of the trial before committing to a pricing plan. I'm not really happy about their support. Maybe shop around before going with this. Easy to use Pros Constant Contact is very user friendly. It is a great way to get info out to all your customers. Cons There are no cons that I have come across in this software.
Good for self owned businesses I had am online business similar to lifelock, and I was able to retain, and make new customers through email. This way I didn't cold call potential customers, and they had options on how they wanted to engage with me. Pros The program helped to direct the right emails to match the consumers interests. I could also keep track of what was successful and what wasn't and tailor my emails. Cons The program worked well and did what it was supposed to.

Great tool for e-mail marketing! My overall experience has been good. Pros It is a great for e-mail marketing. It has email templates to use. It has auto-responders and it has follow ups to events. It is great when organizing a big events. Cons The price is probably the least I like about it.
Easy email build Pros It's fairly easy to build an email template and to manage contacts. Cons More complex templates can be difficult to change (by rearranging content/photo blocks). Additionally, some businesses may block Constant Contact emails because of their association as a bulk email. But this could be true of any email/domain.
