Not bad for the price Pros It has a lot of features and functionality - pretty much anything you want to do with email marketing, you can do with Constant Contact. It's also quite reasonably priced compared with other email marketing softwares. Cons It's not very user-friendly - navigating the back end can be confusing - and designing visually-appealing emails is difficult without knowledge of HTML.
Good Product; Not the Best Pros It's pretty easy to use and the pricing is fair for the platform. Cons It's not as feature rich as MailChimp. If I had a choice, MailChimp would be my recommended platform.
good but can be pricey Pros this is an easy to use program with basic features to do email marketing. Like that has different options and templates. Cons compared to other programs it can be pricey and not as user friendly for different custom editions.
Great tool for Business Communication Pros Being able to send a email to all your customers at the same time is a huge time saver. Cons Getting the formatting of emails to come through properly sometime takes a few tries. I sometime send a test to myself to make sure it looks ok.
Love Constant Contact! Overall, we like Constant Contact and will continue to use the software to contact constituents. We like the functionality and love the ease of use! Pros Love being able to contact our constituents easily, quickly, with easily customizable templates. Cons It would be great if we could use some of the features that come with Constant Contact free of charge instead of having to pay extra for them.
Used it for email campaigns. Pretty Robust. Pretty Robust to use. Lacks the look and feel. Pros I am a developer my marketing team used Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns. We used HTML mails to run promotion specific campaigns. The best feature I would feel was the ease of use. I could navigate to anywhere I want with a few self explanatory clicks. A daily business use Pros Our church uses this product weekly and we love to be able to share upcoming events, it's so easy to use and easy to add new churchgoers to the contact list. Cons It needs new fresh graphics and new background colors.
Email Marketing for Pros This is the email marketing tool you use when you're ready to upgrade from MailChimp. Pros Constant Contact has all the features you would need in email marketing. Most importantly, to me, are its integrations that make e-commerce easier to manage. Cons Email marketing takes a bit longer than a few weeks to discover its benefits. It would be nice if their free trial was longer so we could see the benefits that are truly reaped in Constant Contact.
Constant Contact is a great email marketing platform. Pros I love how easy it is to set up a new account, emails, and lists. It's a pretty intuitive product. Cons There are limits with the email templates and how you can customize them.
