We're in the process of trying a competitor however, because of ease of use as well as a much lower monthly cost. What's old is new... Overall, Constant Contact delivers the functions we need and has proven a staple for our digital campaigns. Pros Constant contact has remained consistent over the years adding more functions to stay current with its competitors. The event management functions have proven useful for our organization. Cons Considering how long they have been in business it would be nice to see a larger portfolio of templates.

Great for nonprofits Pros Easy to use, low to no cost, clean and simple interface. Ideal for nonprofits trying to reach out to supporters and volunteers. Cons A bit hard to truly customize, definitely has a "constant contact" feel when sent or received from others using it. Not that big of a deal though unless you're a designer.
Constant Contact I’m able to reach a large group of people with one application. I’m also able to manage event statistics. Pros I like the fact that I can create flyers and event sites as well as send out group invitations. Cons It’s sometimes difficult to figure out how to save new content and also how to upload images.
Better than most. Easy to use Pros Template customization, lists and statistics tracking was great! Made analysis of data much more simple than it would've been with other softwares. Cons The price point is a little too expensive for what they give and to how many people you can share it with.
Strong email software for beginning marketers Pros Constant Contact has been around a long time. I like that they have many templates to choose from. Cons Would like to see more integrations with ecommerce software platforms.

Love it but has just one issue In our organization we use it for almost all external communications, from invitations to membership renewal notices. Pros I like the ease in which I can upload the email list with all the information necessary from Weblink to Constant Contacts. I use it to send mass communications regarding membership renewals and other important information. Cons I would like to resend emails that were already sent but ignored.
