Easy to Use and a Must Have! Pros It's flexible. I can suspend my account when I'm not using it. Cons It's not cheap! Fortunately, there's the ability to suspend.
Great way to stay in touch I love hitting one SEND button and reaching a couple thousand mailboxes. Pros Easy templates to manipulate and design creative messages. Cons A little pricey when adding a lot of contacts.
Constant Contact So far it has been great! Can incorporate multiple bright, attention getting announcements all into one mass email. It's been a good investment. Pros Easy to use! Constant Contact Pros This software is very useful in communicating with our customers. Cons Sometimes the features in the software are slow to load and become functional.
High Deliverability High Price Pros High deliverability rates compared to other similar programs. It's pretty intuitive and easy to figure out. Personalization options are a nice touch but they are simpler than a lot of other programs. Cons Newsletter prices are high considering what you get for it. They also are lacking the automation/workflow process that other programs offer. This makes it much harder to scale and maximize the platform.
A Must Have!!!! It has been the greatest assest for communication so far. We are beyod pleased with this product. Pros The parents so look forward to any correspondence from us as a school through them. Its great. Cons No negative comments or feedback from any parent or staff.
It's come along way! Constant Contact has been great for analytics purposes and we're able to track those who are actively engaged with our emails, and those who are probably getting filtered to spam/junk because they never open. Pros I used to use Constant Contact to create newsletters 6 years ago, and it was quite finicky. I'm amazed at the drastic difference today and how easy it is now to format and email (drag and drop is wonderful). EASY! Pros User friendly and nice to schedule . Cons nothing to dislike about Constant Contact!
If you do e-mailings you need to try Constant Contact. Pros We have used Constant Contact for years. We had issues prior getting mails out in larger amounts and received by the recipient as not spam. That went away once we started using Constant Contact. It also gave us control of who wanted to be part of the mailings and allowed us to create visually stunning mailings. It does make a difference. Cons Not much to dislike or add as a con. Can get pricey if mailing to large amounts of people.
