Great basic Email Management System Pros I used Constant Contact for at least 5 years. It was a great way to organize my email list of readers and send out monthly newsletters. It is very user-friendly. Cons Constant Contact did not have all of the features that I needed. I really needed more reporting and data about open rates.

Constant Contact-Great for CRM & Campaigns! Overall we are pretty happy with Constant Contact. It is very functional for us with the paid version that we use. Pros I like that Constant Contact is super easy to use. You can add contacts, create lists, and create campaigns easily. I like that there are templates to use to make campaign creation easy. There is a "schedule" function to send campaigns at the most opportune time, which is handy as well. Cons I don't like that they changed how you can address "bounced" email addres... read more

Not the Best Value Tried to use it. A bit more difficult to do than just sending BCC email. Subscription price a bit steep. Pros Able to sent multiple emails and schedule them. Cons A bit more difficult to figure out than anticipated. Fees were higher than one might feel is reasonable especially for small businesses..

Hello, old friend Pros I used Constant Contact For 8 years in my small retail business. It was the cornerstone of my marketing program. I had plenty of room to store images. There was a fantastic photo editing program built right in. Database management was straightforward and the platform is set up to automatically to delete duplicates. Now, I am in a new job and will put this platform to work for me in an 11 state territory as a territory sales manager. I plan to promote our products and send educational material to a broa... read more

Used for a symphony mailing list Pros I like that the layout is pretty basic. Our less tech-inclined board members can use this to send things out to the membership and our entire list of subscribers fairly easily. Cons It is so expensive, especially if you want to keep subscribers from years ago on your list. Our small community group is not equipped to handle this kind of cost if we continue to grow our subscriber list. For what they offer, the price does not seem to match.

The industry leader that I WANT to love Their pricing is competitive for organizations with 10,000 or more contacts. But at the end of the day, the sweet spot of Constant Contact is basic communication, not marketing. Mobile-first responsive designs and customizable automation sequences should be a given for an industry leader known as the original pioneer of email marketing. Unfortunately, I can pick out a Constant Contact email in my inbox at a glance — and not just because of the requisite CC branding at the bottom. The... read more

Constant Contact is mediocre Pros A lot of options to organize your content, has a lot of tools and an abundance of resources. Cons It's hard to navigate through the platform. To utilize Constant Contact, it takes practice and repition to complete a task.
