Constant Contact Pros We use CC often at my work as our mass email platform. It’s easy to send to large groups of people in a presentable and professional manner. The email also automatically sizes for viewing on smart phones. Cons I really have no complaints about CC. It’s served us well.

Too complex for my needs Pros Constant Contact clearly has a ton of features. Cons While it has a ton of features, it was too complex for my needs and not intuitive enough. I simply needed to send an email and track the results.
A great platform to create content and reach audiences Pros I have been on the sending and (mostly) the receiving end of constant contact. I love the ability to create content and push to a major group of people. The emails I receive are concise, clear and beautiful. Cons Reporting on past items is difficult. Other than that there hasn't been much that is a dislike. It has been nice to use!
it's a great start Pros Constant Contact can handle a good amount of email sends and it's a good tool for the price you pay. Amazing for beginners due to price and quality. Cons You will at a certain point have to upgrade because of functionality, but overall a good start.
