constant contact Pros I love using constant contact for our newsletters. It's quick, easy, and keeps track of our successful hits. Cons There isn't anything I don't like about Constant Contact. It works great for us.
Great Way of Keeping Your Mailing List Subscribers Up to Date. Pros The ability to send out e-mail HTML blasts makes this platform a very powerful tool. We use it on an enterprise level to send out newsletters and product updates to existing and potential customers. Cons The user interface is a little outdated, and could use some refreshing.
Manager Pros It's affordable, easy to use, and has most of the features platforms that cost twice the amount do. Cons I wish it had a feature where you could send a mailing to your team for feedback and where all the feedback you receive is located in one place, as with a previous provider my company used.
Budget Friendly program to get your information out Pros Ease of use and ability to help with event management when needed. Cons Newsletter tools are a little pricy considering what's offered in terms of templates.
Wonderful Program, But Others Are Free Pros Constant Contact is an easy way to stay connected with your customers. Cons This program costs monthly. I would recommend using one of the free email programs instead.
Great for Newsletters and other Mass Emails The software saves time and makes reaching constituents so much easier. Pros Constant Contact is a great software/platform to use for sending out newsletters, event invites, surveys, etc. It is super easy to navigate and use plus the customer support system is one of the best. Cons I can't think of anything that I do not like about the software.
Organizers dream Overall, I do recommend Constant Contact over its competitors. Through this service, I have been able to keep track of thousands of contacts and stay on top of mailings. Because I work for a non-profit, I often have to put multiple links in emails for people to access, and being able to easily resend the same emails without sending them again to all of the contacts that were previously selected is great! Look at pricing and features before you buy. I had used constant contact for about 5 years. During that time I maintained an email list of about 8000 addresses. It was very easy to use and made my email look professional. They also maintain very high standers and have a good track record for getting the emails past spam blockers. However I did have a problem uploading new emails.
