Great software! Pros Easy to use, able to see open and response rate for emails as well as the best time to send to certain email lists, pretty design and makes it easy to communicate to our database Cons nothing really comes to mind, but I don’t particularly like the constant contact branding at the bottom of the emails - it’s not a deal breaker because it is fairly common for software companies to do so

Easy emails with endless templates Pros Constant Contact is really good at staying off blacklists for spam and have hundreds of templates to choose from. If you are familiar with HTML you can still write your own. Will send thousands of emails without blinking. Cons Cost is the only negative, they are an industry leader and they know it so they charge for it. MailChimp is less expensive but not as feature rich. We still use Constant Contact.

Easy to make professional looking emails Pros It was so easy to design an email with constant contact. Cons It would be nice if they had a cheaper option for businesses with small lists.

CLIENT CONTACT MADE EASY We utilized Constant Contacts after the business went away from using MS Access. This opened up a whole new world for client and customer communications. When the organization adopted its new CRM, we were told by the CRM managers that CC was not compatable and that we would have to utilize another software to send out mass emails, but this also entailed us to import client/customer contact data into the other software before mailings were sent. The CRM system then updated and CC became the preferred ... read more

Great Software That Is Easy To Use We actually switched from Constant Contact to MailChimp, but ended up going back to CC because we had more options than in MC. This is a nice product overall, easy to use, easy to customize and build emails, great grouping features, and the end result looks professional. We would recommend this product to anybody. Pros This program is easy to learn to use. We like that we can have multiple different groups of contacts, and that we can create a campaign and easily send it to multiple groups ... read more

Great Program Pros Easily create email campaigns with social media tie-ins. Keep my followers updated. Great mobile friendly templates. Cons Not really their fault, but with changes social media it can keep social media posts from being posted.

Constant Contact is a go to! Overall for the price Constant Contact will certainly help your business grow and is a key marketing tool. Pros Constant Contact is a software must have for advertising. Easily create, set-up, schedule and modify your e-blasts whenever you choose to. Cons I have not experienced any issues however I have heard a few things from our IT dept. regarding coding issues sometimes happening.

Good software for corporate clients I would recommend Constant Contact to keep a database for email blasts and for simple events (that don't require too many questions/details). Pros I think Constant Contact has made some amazing changes to their offerings over the years. They've kept their thumb on what's hot and what's not. Cons The editing piece of the email blasts can be a little temperamental, but nothing too terrible that can't be handled either.

Almost Perfect Pros Tons of templates, easy to get started, easy to see campaign progress, A/B split testing, social media integration, easy to manage contacts, and lots of other software integration. Cons This is almost a perfect piece of software. The big drawback is that the app isn’t great (which is almost forgivable). The worst part about the app (but not the only drawback) is that if you start an email on the app you can’t continue to work on it in a web browser. You have to pick one or the other. So if I’m waiting in... read more
