Not my favorite email marketing platform. Pros It is not the worst I have ever used. I am new to this software, and I'm still learning it, but it's about the fourth email marketing platform I've used. All of these types of software are way behind the functionality of websites, so they can be frustrating to use. Cons Campaigns are only searchable by date, not by title, and it can be super time-consuming to find your drafts. It's also hard to make your blocks line up so that everything is the same width.
Pretty Customizable Pros It's easy to embed videos, photos, or links into emails without cluttering them. It's also been helpful to have all contacts in one spot and divided into easy-to-access lists. Cons I typically have to send test emails a few times before they go through - I'm unsure if this is an issue with CC or Outlook.
Good Product for Non-Profit Newsletters Pros Once you learn the product, it is a great tool to organize your newsletters. Create a template and review previous newsletters to make changes. Cons You need to know basic HTML in order to use some features. Overall, the product is not intuitive and you'll need someone to train you how to use it.
Great Mass communications tool Pros I like the ease of downloading your contacts and the ability to send mass emails. Cons I wish there were more advanced features for inviting/scheduling within the email.
Easy to use and take little time to develop marketing plan Pros Upload lists and names. Metrics for each campaign, easy to build templates Cons Very expensive, limited options for cheaper plans
We love the UI and the simplicity of the tool We love their responsive customer support, particularly from ConstantContact India that why we've a pleasnt overall experience. Pros We joined CC while there free 2 months promo was going on. They've very large library of templates and those email block are simply superb. Cons Nothing as such but we wish if they decrease the pricing of their starting plans. Secondly, most of the features like coupon redeemption and payment blocks aren't available at CC India.
One of the best! Only wonderful and progressive years of work using this app. Pros I only have good things to say about Constant Contact. Maybe because I have used it for many years and it keeps improving. Application is user-friendly. As simple as drag and drop. If you need help on anything, they have the tutorials and rep who are always ready to help and teach you. Keep in touch with Constant Contact We needed a product that was easy to use that would allow us to stay in touch with our followers! Pros Constant Contact is pretty easy to use! You can use their customizable templates or build your own! Uploading logos, photos, etc is a breeze and you can store them for re-use later!
