Does what it is supposed to, but price tag is too high for what you get Good. As mentioned, it works well, but I changed software when I came into the knowledge of how much less you can pay for more robust options in the same field. Pros It works and does email very well- also user friendly and reliable Cons The price and lack of automation. Although you can automate basic things, it does not have the ability to use conditional logic to populate profiles and triggers dynamically.

Constant contact Pros I havent had any issues with this site as a user. I frequent this software and it runs really smooth. Cons There is nothing i dislike about it ...so far so good on my end. Two thumbs up.

Great Email Marketing and More! Pros I like the easy to use interface to manage email marketing. Management of list is excellent and setting up mobile communication for mailing lists is quick and easy. Cons Service is slightly on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.
Streamlined way to be in contact with your clients We have been using CC for 3 years now and have been please with the updates. Customer service is amazing and has always been able to help. Pros CC has upgraded the image Library to hold 1GB of images. This is far more practical then the number of images limit previously. Aging, but still keeps up. Pros Their simple interface is what differentiates them from others. And its powerful for what it does. Cons Sometimes the features are a bit too overwhelming, I wish they overhauled the UX.
Great for small business and those looking to save some money! Pros Constant Contact is a great service for those who are running a small business and looking to stay in contact with clients, employees, vendors and their community. This software allows businesses of all size to send (relatively inexpensive) communications. Most times the mail being sent will not hit spam which is great! At the retail establishment I worked at that used this tool, we were able to create beautiful emails announcing new products, inviting clients to events, sharing sale info and more.
