One of the easiest ways to stay in touch and create customer loyalty. Pros Constant Contact allows our business to create customer loyalty. It is a small price to pay verses paying for mail pieces and postage! Cons It is not the easiest thing for everyone to learn. It seems like one or two people per organization will be in charge of this task.
User friendly and pretty straight forward with a decent number of templates Constant Contact provides a great way to track open rates, click rates and who unsubscribed, to help us figure out what methods work best when reaching out to our customers. Pros The preview option is very helpful when reviewing the final email. I often find that I didn't link an image when I thought I did. Easy way to send out emails to my sphere Pros It's easy to customize my email marketing as well as upload and delete contacts from my lists. I like that you can customize your emails to your liking. Cons It looks different on multiple email platforms. Sometimes on gmail the format is perfect while on Outlook it looks distorted
Expensive but useful Pros It has a low bounce back rate and you can save a lot of different email lists, which is very helpful. It saves each list with answer/bounce stats. Cons Building an email is not very intuitive and the software is not very fluid. I want to be able to make my email look a certain way and sometimes I just can't, but not because of me, but because of the software limitations.

Constant contact is great for small companies e-blasts Pros Constant contact offers an easy to use system that is overall affordable. You can schedule email blasts to occur regularly, and pull up old ones to make changes and resend quickly with very little effort which is nice. You can add links to all social media to promote your business even more. I need to communicate with a lot of people. Pros The ease of communication when using Constant Contact has helped In my everyday tasks. I need to put a lot of information out to a lot of people this is my favorite software for communication. I love all of the templates they offer as well. Cons There's not a whole lot I don't like about it, I do think there should be more functions. There are often glitches, they seemed to have resolved that issue, I haven't had an issue in quite some time.
Use as an email blast software, sending out marketing emails to clients/customers Pros The drag and drop features are great as well as the ability to segment my email lists based on the email/client/target. Cons The customer service dept is frustrating to work with. As is some one the email limitations. Ever 10,000 emails uploaded freezes the account and it takes almost an act of god to release and send the email.
