Enjoying learning how to use Constant Contact Pros: I'm new and really appreciate the on-demand tutorials as well as being able to call and talk to an actual person if I need more assistance. Cons: I am new so don't have any complaints. There is much to learn. Overall: I'm very happy that I finally have a way to communicate beautiful, 'custom' content right to their email on a consistent bases.
Constant Contact Is a Must Have Pros: Ease of use Campaigns are easy to make Analytics are easy to review Cons: Sometimes the drag portion is difficult. Can’t drag into a different part of email. Overall: I use Constant Contact on a weekly basis. Easy to send out of newsletters and see what they are clicking on. Analytics are easy to read and make adjustments accordingly.

Affordable & Easy to Use Pros: I think Constant Contact's general User Interface is straightforward and intuitive, which works great for small offices with people who may not be so tech savvy. The design interface is easy to use, but it is also easy to import your own designs from other sources.
