Expensive but world class Pros: CC has amazing delivery, honestly there is no better provider for making sure your email gets to the inbox. On top of that everything is very easy to use and their support is world class. Not always available but always helpful. Cons: Really expensive to be honest. Also they can be very strict about what your allowed to send. A Solid Email Marketing Solution Pros: Extremely user friendly! Super easy layout, professional, and customizable tools. The analytics are also really helpful. Cons: Pricing can be a bit steep, but is worth it. Overall: Constant Contact has been a reliable tool for our marketing needs. Constant Contact is easy to use. Pros: I am very familiar with it as I have used it for 7 years. I am able to send out newsletters that look decent with ease. Cons: Formatting the pictures always causes problems. They pictures often get flipped and it very difficult to get them to face the right direction. Overall: Overall, I like Constant Contact however I do not like that they raised their prices again.
