Constant Contact is easy to use. Pros: I am very familiar with it as I have used it for 7 years. I am able to send out newsletters that look decent with ease. Cons: Formatting the pictures always causes problems. They pictures often get flipped and it very difficult to get them to face the right direction. Overall: Overall, I like Constant Contact however I do not like that they raised their prices again.
