Technician Chris C Chris had a respectable level of customer service skills. He worked diligently and completed the good in a good time frame. He was also courteous and I especially appreciated the fact that he advised me that it would be best to clean the blower and coil along with the air ducts as the the dust problem really arise from the indoor control unit.
David is great! Efficient and punctual.

Awesome Service Lior communicated when he got the job order and told me exactly when he would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options within my budget. I will definitely use Cool Air again and will ask specifically for Lior.

dead lizard!!! My A/C stopped working because some lizard got into the unit and wrapped himself around the compressor switches. CoolAir came out the same day I called and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly as well as show me some other potential issues that I needed to be aware of for the future.
Ricardo did excellent work! Great job! And he gave some good advice! Quick and on time!
Very professional El Senor Rolando es muy profesional, la maquina de hacer el trabajo muy adelantada no hace mucho ruido y llegaron a la hora y dia prometido. Las preguntas tecnicas sobre la limpieza de los ductos y del AC fueron respondidas con conocimiento de lo que estaban haciendo. Excelente!
