Excellent Service We are so grateful to Anthony for fixing our AC. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We have a child with a disability who can not tolerate the heat so when our AC stopped working at 6pm we were very concerned. We called Cool Air and Anthony was able to come within a few hours. Anthony knew within a few minutes what the problem was and he did not try to overcharge us because we were in a difficult situation. We sincerely appreciate Cool Air for hiring such competent and kind team members.

Tried many but your tech's seem best trained Just had another service call from your firm- my second. Both techs have seemed to be "above & beyond" the normal quality of care. i called this company for service,i just moved into my deveolpment in the late evening,the tech was very sorry he could not get in,i am in the business 25 years,the next day on a saturday,the tech was here by 10:30,he was very relaxed no pressure,he blew the drain line (i suspected that was the problem) charged me the going rate to blow the line.I highly reccommend this company for all my a/c needs i would highly recommend air cool for all my a/c needs
