Overall Great Experience but there were a few quirks Overall the service and install was great. It was very easy to get a quote on a new AC system and install was pretty quick. There were a few oddities though. At one point a third tech arrived and didn’t really introduce himself. He also whistled to get my attention and just walked in to my home without knocking. Also at the end of the install the techs left with out saying a word. Overall I highly recommend but it was a bit odd.
Excellent Service Cool Air USA contacted me immediately after I requested an authorized installer for the installation of my newly purchased Nest thermostat. A young lady called me to set up the appt; she scheduled it the same day and gave me the approx fees for the sales call and installation. David called me approx 30 min before the scheduled appt to let me know that he was on his way- as promised. I was very impressed with his professionalism and courteous demeanor.
