Quick, efficient and kind! Orlando is the best! He was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. Diagnosed the problem within minutes of arrival. We have a 5 month old so this was an emergency after hours visit and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Orlando and Cool Air!

Excellent customer service and professional staff Over the last 8yrs, I’ve dealt with various AC companies because I had an older unit until last Dec when I finally got a new one and did so using Cool Air.
