A/C Service I called them out as previous company who service my AC unit did a horrible job. The AC tech was prompt courteous and extremely knowledgeable I would recommend this company to anyone they did an awesome job and were extremely honest .
Excellent and good attitude for all.. I love the check up first and before to do what I call them to do, in order no to cause damage to the old existing ducts...i think this a brilliant idea and honest service and very nice technician the one who came...very good attitude and listening what i have to say..definetelly I will keep this company for the future needs of my new unity.
Service Dept provide excellent service The service from Chris was excellent. Though enough time has not passed since service yesterday to know if the problem has been completely remedied, we must comment on the professionalism of the person who responded to the service call. We say this because in the past Cool Air did not have a good service Dept. thank you Chris!!!
Excellent service, highly recommended! Everything was just perfect, from the scheduling of the appointment to the service. They showed up on time. Technician proved to have a lot of knowledge about A/C systems and fixed my problem really quick after having pinpointed what was going on. Would call them again in the future.
