Polite and knowledgeable. Our system broke down on a Friday at 3pm. I called around only to find from Friday afternoon til Monday AM is considered double time or even triple time. One place wanted 3x as much money just because it was a Friday. Cool Air came for a reasonable price. Our technician was polite and knowledgeable.
