Simple Nest diagnostic and fix I was very happy with this company. Making an appointment was quick and easy. One odd thing is that they gave me a time range from 11am-2pm for the appointment rather than a specific time. It worked out because I was going to be home all day Saturday to meet the tech. Xavier called about 10 mins ahead and was very pleasant. He assessed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. Excellent Service and Amazing Technician I have been using Cool Air for years. The service is always great, on time and get the job done. The service last Friday between 6pm and 9pm was superior. Great service, great price I initially scheduled a 1-4pm window for service, then when I called after 4pm, they said my window for service was 3-6pm. I said that I would never have confirmed that window since I knew that I'd be away during that time frame. Cool Air USA Technicians This is the second team sent to our apartment. The first was not able to complete the work due to the location of the coil. I am very pleased with work done by the second technicians to come out from Cool Air USA! They were polite and very thorough! Getting to the unit was a very complex job. They worked very hard to retrieve the coil, clean, and replace it. We are so happy to have our central air working again! We wholeheartedly recommend your company.
