It's been 60° in apartment for the past 2 days and I have received multiple emails on how they refuse to turn the heat on. I have a tiny apartment and I'm not sure why I am paying as much as I am without basic heating and cooling. Also took a month to fix my air conditioner.
Cornerstone apartments have been a nightmare for my wife and I. We moved in in February. New appliances and finishes pulled us in; uptown does't have many units with laundry in-unit, much less with NEW w/d, dish washer, etc. The room was small, which we signed on for and understood. What we didn't account for was peeling floorboards, shoddy fixtures that fall off the walls and constantly need repaired, poor wifi and cable, and terrible location and safety/security. OMGoodness! This company is the worse! Let me explain... I believe I live in one of the worse managed building in Denver! Wellshire Apts. how many companies managed here? I moved here under Griffis (Onsite) now as of Jan20 Cornerstone Apts. (Offsight) conditions worsened (mice play when cat's away) Trash animals just not following rules! Now the stench! ROTTEN EGGS! This company is very unprofessional. They were happy about helping me out with the application process. Once I submitted the application and submitted the money for the application they just completely stopped talking to me and reaching out. They seem like a scam. Just be careful when applying with this company. It’s just very unprofessional if you ignore potential tenants.
