Ever since moving into one of their properties I’ve had nothing but issues. To start, they falsely advertised the price of the unit and left me scrambling after I had dropped a lease elsewhere. Additionally, they failed to note the lack of amenities (specifically A/C) and did nothing to help me in the summer months. You were quickly notified within hours of submitting the application after we were made aware of the issue. Went to tour what appeared to be a beautiful unit and building (understanding that I signed up for this site unseen). My application was for unit 6 which typically in a house would imply a higher unit. this was a bunker with zero light. i was told my fees for applying could not be transferred or refunded.The individual answering the phone hung up on me after inquiring. just an all around terrible experience. never got a response from contact forms or phone calls until they took my money. never ever again!

decent apartment for a long time, but they went through dozens of property managers, and couldn't keep anyone on staff consistently. This led to a lot of turnover and them kinda making stuff up, and missing things, inconsistent at best. Building (B street lohi) had consistently broken elevators, and garage doors. never property manager never responded when I was locked out of my apartment.

My refrigerator broke a week and a half ago. I contacted Cornerstone in the evening distressed about figuring out a solution. Ezekial came out to my apartment incredibly quickly, evaluated the situation to see whether it was the breaker, the outlet, or the refrigerator. I had no idea how complex some of the problems can be with refrigerators, and Zeke was diligent in finding the correct issue, and making sure that I wouldn't be without a working refrigerator. The hostility and the threats of violence with this group is simply unheard of. If you're looking for a place to roost or spend some time perhaps the rest of your life or something I would recommend this place... They are evicting people in Colorado
