River was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Not only did we get all of our questions answered, she made the start of our move-in day fun!
The entire process has been so easy and painless. The Reps a re very pleasant and responsive, everything can be done online and I'd go with Cornerstone again in a second! If you're new to town or looking for a new place to live I highly recommend Cornerstone! River is amazing to work! Sarah was amazing, Shauna was amazing! It's all just amazing and reduced my stress to almost zero during the entire process
Great, easy experience. The online aspect can be somewhat confusing, but overall, it was relatively simple to figure out.

I will never rent from this company again. From my eyes, and from law agencies I’ve spoken to (as they have dealt with them before), they are greedy and will not work with you, not even after putting up a stressful fight. I lived in Belle on the Park. I don’t want to completely bash this property, but it was vacant around 20% occupancy for a reason. It’s a cute building, but I felt unsafe around one neighbor. One of the worst serviced buildings I have ever lived in. I lived at 75 S. Washington Ave. for 2.5 years and in that time one of the two washers for the entire building was out of service. When I and other tenants reported this issue an out of order sign would appear on the washer and after a month or so would disappear, washer was never repaired. Terrible terrible terrible. Do not sign a lease with cornerstone. Broken water, electricity, and laundry 24/7. Do not expect to be able to talk to your property managers. Terrible experience.
Building itself is falling apart, but maintenance lolzDon is always here in timely matter fixing everything. .... First he had to cut off and replace all the pipes, they were full of cement after January plumbing construction..I didn't have access to my bathtub for a month prior to this! Then he fixed the divider in my shower, only 1/4 of water was coming out of shower prior to this... Today he's been in my apartment for hours fixing my bathroom sink and kitchen sink disposal.... Property manager doesn't care about tenants at all. My apartment wasn't fit for human habitation for a month, I've had backed up dirt water in my bath tub and had to shower at my friend's house. Move in on your own risk..... Also there was a huge bed bug infestation. I had to throw away all my furniture and couch, mattresses are still by the trash can rotting since September inviting homeless. This place is trash
