I am honestly not sure how the ratings for this place are so high. It has felt like this company has really limited regard for the human living in their apartments and clearly are driven by money. Cornerstone bought out another leasing company in the middle of my time at this place and I wondered what kind of changes this would bring. They suddenly made changes about the way things were done without giving the residents options or leeway. Are there negative stars?!?? Have been trying to get through to someone re: the application submitted to sublet apartment for a week and a half. Was told 3 business days for an answer. After not hearing back after 3 days and reaching out, NO responses. Not email or via phone. 3-4 emails and at least that in calls. Highly unprofessional, zero communication - HORRIBLE customer service!!!!
The Regina - Denver, CO I notified our Property Manager of a trespassing adult male multiple times. First time, he was smoking something from a pipe and the second time playing soccer barefoot in our mailroom. The front, back and side gate locks to our building have had CONTINOUS problems and can be opened without using any key. ****Update**** This company is total crap. If you try to relocate the resident you displace. Then why not reach out. 758 N. Clarkson St. I reach out to the managers and now, it's someone else, no response to the trash all over the property. put your money where your mouth is, and do something. And stop stop discriminating and displacing people of color and low income. what do I need to do? reach out multiple times?? call DORA? HUD? what? let me know.

Wow, their team just bought out the old management company. Cool. And then they kick everyone out. Understandable, but how they treat the former tenants is unimaginable. No trash pick up for weeks, no call backs, etc. I'm thinking, how crappy. So now how to reach out to DORA, CCRD and hud to get anything done. So frustrating. Never will I leas from this company. The laundry machine has been broken for 3 months despite multiple work orders. When my girlfriend emailed our property manager he dismissed the issue and said submit a work order. I called our property manager directly and he lectured me how to submit a work order. They also charge for laundry and it gets to add up pretty quickly. The WIFI is mediocre and goes out frequently, which is a problem because everyone studies or works from home a lot these days. I have had some issues with the main boiler leading to the apartments water heaters that are a constant problem causing small flooding and raising hell throughout the night (loud noises, water splattering) they told me the owner will not get a new boiler. For how much I am paying I thought the apartment would be a bit nicer to live in with quicker results. Some painting was done and left my door unfinished. This company took over 3885 Tennyson and within the first month their laziness of building management is very apparent
Fuck cornerstone. They took over our apartment building recently and they are never there for us when we need them they don’t give a fuck about us!!
