In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. I love the food...but when we arrived today we waited a bit to be seated and when the hostess was asked by another employee she yelled that she had no time to seat anyone. She proceeded to write on the white board. Nit a great impression.
