We have eaten at the Black Bear Diner in Idaho Falls several times. We love it. The food is great and served in large portions. The service is always good, thanks to Becky among others, and prices are good.

We enjoyed the roast and mashed potatoes!! The sweet cornbread was the best I have eaten! Oh and the pies, the pies!! We had no room for those scrumptious pies!! Montana provides excellent customer service!

I wanted to share possibly one of the best experiences I have had at eat in restaurant. Our restaurant is in gilroy, ca. Our server was Daejah and she was very welcoming and friendly. My son is high-functioning autistic and we were sitting by the front entrance area where there is a lot of traffic in and out as well as a lot of noise. My son was having a difficult time regulating his emotions with all the noise and stuff going on around him he kind of shut down and was picking at his face.
