how sad, I know food is good but if you can't accommodate it don't matter. empty tables long waits outside... kitchen backed up...nope!
Horrible interaction with a member of management claiming to be the owner . Simply requesting my money back for poor quality does not give permission to escalate, threaten, and accuse a guest of many years. Absolute shock!

Took over two hours to dine when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. We were provided children’s menus but were told “we’re all out” of crayons. In fact, “we’re all out” was a common phrase we heard today. We will not ever be back.
RecommendedWent to Black Bear in Fernley, NV. Ordered chicken pot pie. Waitress informed me they didn’t serve that item anymore! I don’t believe a restaurant would delete one of their favorite dishes. What’s going on?
Waited for 20 minutes and did not get seated. Someone said they would be “right with you in a minute” and never came back. There were plenty of empty tables. Will not go back .

My son was discriminated against for having a neurodivergent episode.
