i havent even got my food yet. barely could be acknowlwdged when entering. seated in an area they were cleaning. i got tea.brought sweet tea. didnt eve ask if i wanted lemon or unsweetened tea. waitress started sweeping the floor by the table. low expectations on the food. wont be coming back. will stick to house of pies.

Got a family meal for Christmas dinner and decided to splurge and get the baked mac n cheese. Opened the container only to find it was Kraft Mac n cheese from a box. 5.00 for this. If you ran out just take it off the menu

Not COVID measures followed. There isn’t 6 ft separation from customer table to customer table, the air filter hasn’t been cleaned and let alone desinfected for years. Place was literally packed and therefore service was extremely slow. My omelette looked like they just poured a jar of fake yolks in the pan to cook. Not planning to come back never.

Bought 4 meals, 2 kids and 2 adult and I only got the 2 adult meals. Really?! base on what I ordered there should have been a total of 7 cakes and we only got 3, should have been 4 pieces of bacon, only got 2, should have had 4 sausage links, only got 2, should have had 4 scrambled eggs, only got 2. so yeah didnt get half my order but of course I paid for it!

deliver your whole order if not, promptly correct the error you ruined our Christmas dinner. I spent over $80. for a delivered meal. You forgot my sons meal. the Grizz $16. i called for a correction. the manager said take her info. Im busy. Ill call if I can. Now its been 2 hours. They close in 10 minutes. Worst Christmas Dinner ever. We spent 86$ today (Christmas) and not only did we not receive any side dishes(vegetables) that were a part of our order... we also did not receive any utensils or any cream with my grandmas pie.. we received 4 half frozen chicken fried steaks and mashed potatoes and a pie. I walked in to see the cook (40s to 50's hispanic male with salt and pepper in a black shirt i think wearing a black baseball cap) was not wearing a mask. The waitress (late 30's or 40's hispanic female dark hair and face shield) was in the back and had a brief exchange with the unmasked cook- not saying a word about the mask til i pointed it out. The kitchen is now contaminated for the rest of the day and possibly tomorrow. Thanks guys!
