THIS HAPPENED IN TWIN FALLS ID. so my wife and i wanted breakfast around 1:00 normally they are great it was slow so we got sat down and waited and waited and waited approximately 15 minutes went by and still no one to even give us water another group came in got sat down and the waitress started taking her drink order before she left . so my wife and I got up and walked to the register and told them the service was very poor today as we were walking out the manager stoped us just out side the door and asked what was the... read more
Poor customer service, my food wasn't delivered after 30 minutes of waiting. All I ordered was two eggs and two pieces of toast! Ridiculous! I walked out! I had to return to work absolutely starving. Complete waste of time. Will NOT return.
This is the food that was delivered to my house the other night I asked medium rare and I got uncooked meat and less then half a cup of soup all cold if I wanted to cook my food myself I would have. It was nasty 🤢
Eh it was t the best place to spend your hard earned money. I got the avocado toast and my sister got the big breakfast. She said hers was good but I felt kind had no flavor and the bread was too “big” for avocado toast. Our waitress was good in the beginning by getting a drink and order but after that she was MIA and took her about 15 minutes to come get our empty plates and never asked if I wanted more water. (Empty cup).
Waited over 45 minutes for food others around us served their food before us no reason given for our food coming out after theirs. Waiter and manager wanted to argue that our food was served correctly too. Asked for no cheese clearly had some cheese in it. Walked out without paying or eating never ever done that in any restaurant!!!
Large quantity of food - quality & price are okay. Service is lacking. Biscuit & gravy are dry (not enough gravy) . When waitress dropped food, she promised to bring more gravy (without me requesting it) but didn’t. Hubby received coffee refill when bill was dropped. Was promised a coffee to go but didn’t get it either. Second time here for breakfast - service was lacking first time but definitely worse this time.
PLEASE READ MY EXPERIENCE IN THEIR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! Actually assaulted by an employee!!! Her name is Valerie!! Class act!! Ogden, Utah location!!
We ordered a to-go order from Black Bear Diner in Lakewood, and it was a complete fail. My child usually eats anything that you put in her plate and after one bite of her chicken tenders, she pushed away the food! When I tasted it, I understood. Too oily, not seasoned at all, and the fries were super soggy and did not taste good. My husband’s hashbrown was not cooked through, soaked with oil, and not seasoned. My waffle just tasted like you took premade pancake mix and stuck it in the waffle iron, and the chicken that came ... read more
