After waiting 20 minutes to be sat, we continued to wait at our table without being acknowledged for five minutes. I got up to notify the host and he said he would, “look into it.” After then waiting three more minutes AND the manager walking past us with still no acknowledgement we got up and left. Horrible service without even being served!

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but after waiting an hour and 15mins for breakfast food I will not be back..I felt very sorry for the waitress whatever is going on in the back needs fixed ASAP! This really hurts your wait staff I honestly wanted to get up and leave but felt so sorry for our sweet waitress Fayetteville Arkansas

Purposely went on a weekday to avoid a long wait time. Wait time (1 person) far exceeded what I was told .. there were only 4 others waiting to be seated . After seeing others being seated before me after I asked I was seated. The host station & check out were being covered by one that truly was in training as the manager covered her questions & Checked out customers. I love the food here but Downey Black Bear was a complete failure today. First they claimed to have texted me 5 times for our table, but when asked for proof none provided. I had originally send my son to follow up, so the host dismissed him and stated it was our fault and told him we were next. By the time I arrived they were sitting another party!?!?! We arrived and submitted our name and phone number to the hostess. She said the wait was 35 minutes so we patiently waited for our phone call. After about 20 minutes I went in to check and she said we had 3 people in front of us. As all the people waiting outside disappeared and several groups were walking out still no phone call.
