Ordered a medium steak. This is what I received. Something is cooked onto the steak like it has been reheated multiple times. The steak is like jerky. The restaurant is not answering my call.
Ordered medium well burgers got medium rare. The fries were cooked several times over not fresh. The ranch was spoiled too. When we addressed the issue's they took the burgers and recooked it. The cook touched my burger and also cooked the cheese off. The waitress even touched our food with her hands. She was was not a good waitress. When we asked for the manager we were told he was the cook for the night. This location is terrible all around.
So are all black bear diners ‘peaceful protesting’ by not following covid regulations regardless of what state our county is in? Or just central Oregon’s?
Ray Thompson at the Beaumont Texas location just spoke to my girlfriend like she's was less than a person. We placed a to go order. While on the phone she changed what she wanted, after picking it up she realized we were charged for both items. she called back and was spoken to like trash and told we could come another time for a comped meal instead of addressing the poor customer service or admitting to the simple error. I will never , ever eat here again.
The place was empty, but we still waited ten minutes to be seated and when the waitress finally came to the hostess stand the couple that just walked thru the door was seated before us. She completely ignored us!!! Such a shame because we were really looking forward to tying this restaurant. This was the Shenandoah Texas location.
If we hadn’t asked for sugar for the coffee from another server we would still be waiting on it. Repeatedly asking for things in order to enjoy our food. Our son had to eat his oatmeal with a fork. Asked to speak to a manager and didn’t see her until I asked for her again. All in all just wasn’t the service we are used to when we go there. :(
i havent even got my food yet. barely could be acknowlwdged when entering. seated in an area they were cleaning. i got tea.brought sweet tea. didnt eve ask if i wanted lemon or unsweetened tea. waitress started sweeping the floor by the table. low expectations on the food. wont be coming back. will stick to house of pies.
Got a family meal for Christmas dinner and decided to splurge and get the baked mac n cheese. Opened the container only to find it was Kraft Mac n cheese from a box. 5.00 for this. If you ran out just take it off the menu
Not COVID measures followed. There isn’t 6 ft separation from customer table to customer table, the air filter hasn’t been cleaned and let alone desinfected for years. Place was literally packed and therefore service was extremely slow. My omelette looked like they just poured a jar of fake yolks in the pan to cook. Not planning to come back never.
