Went in hour ago order was not correct and my eggs were not cooked correctly the hash browns were burned and it took 40 minutes for our order to come which I wouldn’t minded if they were busy, but they were not. I will never go back the only good thing about experience was manager was very polite and nice.

Went to dine at Black Bear in Garden City Idaho. Walked in, a line in front of us, food up waiting to be taken to tables, finally someone came up and asked if we’d been helped, then warned us all that food would take at least 30 or 40 minutes to be served, we and everyone front of us walked out. The place was dead. This restaurant needs serious attention!

If I could leave 0/5 stars I would, but I have to put 1. So here’s your star. It’s brown, like the crap food that was delivered. I do not blame Grub Hub or the driver who delivered my food, they were great. The pot roast I ordered was cold, the gravy that came with my mashed potatoes came out of the container like a lump of lard, also cold. RecommendedAlways had good food until March 15th my order was wrong and my husband son got his food and I had to sit there and wait apart be 5 minutes or 10 to get my food and yes my husband and son got done eating and I was left eating by myself they ruined my evening because I don't complain I just ate it anyway bring half of it home so I could fix it right and enjoy it

We got burnt burgers. Burnt that they were literally black on both sides and hard as a hockey puck. There were only 3-4 tables seated and no one waiting and it still took 1-1/2 hours to just get our burnt food. My mother ordered onion rings and got about 5 on her plate. Not recommending this place to anyone. Very disappointed!

I made an online to go order. I ordered the California omelet. literally 3 ingredients....avocado, mushrooms and jack cheese. Well I got to eat a mushroom omelet. No avocado. Gee thanks!! The whole reason I ordered it was for the avocado!!! I feel like they do that on purpose on to go orders, as they know 9 times out of 10 the person won't come back for the missing item. Well, I won't be coming back at all!!!

We waited up front for more than 10 minutes for someone to seat us and 3 people walked out without paying their bill because no one ever came. They apparently had been waiting a lot longer than when we came in. I literally had to call the store on the phone to get someone to come to the front and seat us. And there were waitresses walking back and forth staring at all of us the entire time.

Dont go unless you NEVER WANT YOUR FOOD. Worst service EVER. They weren't even busy. Seems they were more interested in taking care of the people coming to pick up their meals then the ones who actually came into the building.Wont be back!!!!
