We spent over $100 yesterday and felt like we were ripped off. The strawberries we got for our one waffle each, filled about half of a small container. We ordered Blackberry Cobbler ala mode and instead of ice cream, we received a cup of ice. We expected our shakes to be melted a bit, but they were also thin. We've eaten at Black Bear many times and love their food, but this wasn't worth what we paid. How disappointing.

yall should be way better at togo orders by now. and why i just spent $16 for biscuits & gravy where the gravy still tastes like raw flour is beyond me. disgusting & disappointing for a breakfast place

They charged us three times and then prettt much said there is nothing they can do about it. And the food was nasty and no flavor
The staff at the Washington UT location are horrible. They are loud and crude. Extremely inappropriate. They swear and make racial comments. I am appalled by the management and staff!! The manager Tracy was right there involved in it. It was horrible!! Lex our server was awesome and did not join into everyone else. I will not be back!!

Almost every time I get an order to go, the waitress doesn’t check the order before bagging it up. I get home, and 90% of the time, it’s wrong. Even after the waitress repeated the order back. I call when I get home and they always blame the cook. A good waitress checks the order and sends it back to the cook before it is bagged or reaches the table. They use to have better waitresses there. Sad, I use to like it, the food tastes good but I give up....

Just received lunch through Postmates. The food was cold when it arrived. No silverware, napkins, or condiments. The burger was ordered as medium, but it was well done. There were barely any toppings on the burger, and they gave me the butt end of a pickle. The French dip barely had any meat on it, the meat was fatty, and there was only enough au jus for half the sandwich. Completely unacceptable, especially for the price. I will not eat here again. RecommendedI have been enjoying black bear it opened around the corner , love the breakfast however went tonight and had what they called prime rib , absolutely the worst "meat" , asked for a medium to medium done and what they brought out was a thin piece that they had obviously cut as rare , stuck under hot lights or on the flat top , could not eat it even with a steak sauce , veggies was not close to be done . will never eat anything but breakfast there again !
