I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was frozen grocery store tenders that were dry and terrible. The waffle was awful. Husband had chicken fried steak which was also shipped in frozen. Nothing was homemade. Very overpriced for the food quality. This was our first time and we won’t be back. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

If I could give a negative star that's what my first experience was like today, 04/07/2021. When my mom and I first arrived, everything seemed fine. The restaurant wasn't packed at all. When we got seated we were sat in a section where our waitress had only been working there for two days, at first everything was fine, she was really nice, talking, trying to be as helpful as possible. Was at the Woodlands, TX. location last week and I will never go back. The bathrooms were horrible. Not clean! and very, very dirty.

I realize the waitress was working alone but we were the second people there and Other people received their food before us and she didn’t even bother to come talk to us and before we left we checked to see if our food was in the window..No! It’s unacceptable to wait 44 minutes for food and to be treated this way. We are a mixed race couple and I’m thinking g that may have been the issue. Very very sad! We’ve been to MANY restaurants and have Never been treated so rude. Zero stars for me!!

was there for first time, out of Prime Rib at 7 PM, no baked potato or fruit either. Steak was chewy and fried potatoes were burnt. Ordered 2 drinks but got charged for 3. Won't ever return.

I specifically told them I was allergic to pork and they put pork all in my food and not the right veggies then they forgot my salad and when I called back 11 times they never answered the phone. I live 40 mins fom this place and I spent 50 dollars on my food I am highly upset.

It was my sons birthday. We went there to celebrate with my children and grandkids. We were told 1 hr wait for a table for 13. After an hour of waiting, I went up to the front to ask how much longer she told me 1 - 2 hour wait. I told her we were told 1 hr and it's been a hour. She was very rude in responding.
