I’ve been there once & ill never return. The service was beyond terrible, I’d understand it if the food was good but it’s terrible as well. I ordered an eggs Benedict. Instead I got hard boiled eggs & broken gross looking hollandaise. There was also a long hair in my hash browns. Must be why older people still go. They have no tastebuds. Luckily I still do & I’m not into eating pig slop.

Terrible food and service, management and corporate refused to make it right. After several attempts local management will not return calls. This was 3 months of trying. I don’t expect results ever.

We were seated for 15 minutes and lots of waitresses around. No one acknowledged us. They probably had four tables with people seated. Can’t try your food if you won’t wait on us. Bye Black Bear!

sitting here in the sahara location in Las Vegas right now. Not busy, Waited almost 15 min to be recognized after walking in. Girl who took drink order, got it wrong. Guy who took food order, every plate arrived incorrect. The corn muffin that comes with my order was moldy. No wouldn't recommend. I have loved Black Bear until now. Extremely embarrassed as I bragged and brought friends. Guess my money can.be spent elsewhere

poor service. ordered sausage instead of bacon. only brought one piece of sausage. when I mentioned that it should have two. I was told that it only comes with one. I said ok... but pulled menu up on phone. when waitress came back around showed... I asked her to let the cooks know... that the menu says 2. instead of apologizing for being wrong she said..oh.. Black Bear Diner in North Little Rock Arkansas is DISGUSTING AS FUCK! This is my second day working and I’ve never seen so much mold and health violating actions in 5 years of serving. The salad bar with all three of their dressings today was between 46-49 degrees for 4 hours. For anyone who doesn’t know, the danger temperature zone is between 40-140. One of the blue cheese dressings has mold inside and they kept the temperature that high and decided not to change it until just now. They kept all of the dressings and veggies... read more

The whole experience was horrible. I took my dad here for the first time on 03/08. The waiter took our drink orders then came back ten minutes Later and said “there was an emergency in the kitchen, what was your drinks again” after she had wrote it down in her book. Then when our food came out the eggs were wrong and the we were missing grits. Stay away from the North Little Rock, Arkansas location! My husband and I were asked to leave by the manager/Kevin after waiting 20 minutes without service for no reason. My husband asked why, never raised his voice or acted crazy and he insisted we leave. We both were in complete shock. If we were starting a scene or yelling that’s one thing but we were just waiting to be seated. My husband complained to the main office.
