please instruct your servers to deliver beverages to the table with fingers at the lower third of the glass. Never deliver a glass with fingers around the top at the drinking area. Common sense stuff. Please instruct your staff. Always deliver with fingers at lower third of the glass. Poor presentation and poor customer service. There is a virus going around.

it was my first experience and I will never return. Our server was great and attentive. 2 out of 3 food was cooked incorrectly. We go to pay out and there are 3 of us in line another group walks up and 2 cashier walks up and takes that group without even asking if we wanted to be checked out. My first experience 6 months ago was great 👍 Went tonite very disappointed ☹️ Not only did they mess up my order but when they redid it , it was even worse .... they must have hired a new cook cause it was horrible won’t be going back unless it’s a Saturday morning ..... !!

We were there this weekend I was so disappointed with my food my hashbrowns were hard to eat and burn my steak with mushrooms and onions had hair on them I’ve been there several times and this has never happened to me😔my daughters chicken and waffles was not cooked Completely The side of fries were all burn and super greasy so sad to say that we didn’t enjoy our breakfast and yes we end up paying $74

Sehr schlechtes Essen. Das schlechteste Steak, das ich je gegessen habe. Das "chicken" meiner Frau war genauso schlecht. Für solch schlechte Qualität auch noch VIEL zu teuer. Traurig. 0 von 5 Sternen wäre dafür noch zu viel 🤷‍♂️😭

Cold half cooked food that was like it might of been cooked last week. Will not go there ever agian!!!

Disappointing food. Ordered a Medium Rare steak and received a BLUE stake. Also received a reheated baked potato that tasted like sand. Not impressed. Will not be eating here again.

Just went to Black Bear Diner in Daly City, California. Awful hostess with a really bad attitude. We come here regularly and the last 3 times service has also been bad. I dont recommend this location at all. Better go to Sharis on Sneath Ave.

Got the shasta scramble and my eggs were slimy. Had to ask to order and then finally just went to the front to pay after waiting for my bill. Was asked how the food was, told her mine wasn’t good. She looked annoyed and asked rudely if my bill was right. I told to my son to speak to the waitress when he ordered and she chimed in saying “yeah, it hurt my feelings”. He started crying. Not impressed. From start to finish took 1.5 hours
