Keep your servers from sitting and visiting with the customers and to check back on the people they are taking care of. Very, very disappointed in this place.
The food was ok, but for the price I would prefer any place else. We also did not get our salads that were supposed to come with the meals. Our waitress seemed mad to be there and was not good.
Horrible , horrible service. 4th and last visit The WORST of the 4 I have been in in OC. No wonder the place is empty.
This is A biscuit not a dinner roll !!! I’ve ordered biscuits and gravy there three times and all the times I have gotten a dinner roll with gravy
SHAME ON YOU BRUCE FOR LETTING THIS CHAIN GO TO CRAP!! These people care nothing about it, just cut cut cut!! Read your reviews they are awful!! You better plug the hole in this sinking ship before it’s too late!!
2 for 2 on messing up our order. I realize the first time they had just opened but if you can’t get my order right why bother.
What happened? This was my fav place to eat, but the last two times were very disappointing. The first one was at the one on Sahara in Las Vegas. They advertised strawberry shortcake, so my friend and I went for dinner and dessert. The dinner was ok, but when we asked for the shortcake we were told they were out of strawberries. Food was decent but service was terrible. Not only was the service slow but the server threw stuff on our table, did not offer refills, sat down on the table behind us. I never had such terrible service :-(
Ordered steak well done.... I guess they think you have to burn it to a crisp to get cook it well done. #steakfail
