Went here before and had terrible service, it’s ONLY happened at this location. Then we decided to give it a second chance and once we saw who was working we left. I can see why this restaurant has the worst reviews of them all now.
Black bear at it again cutting their labor to the bone! Bad service, poor quality food, long wait time for food, dirty restaurant!! Good job former Mimi’s top dogs, flushing another company down the toilet. Enjoy your big bonuses on the backs of the ones doing the real work!!

My family has tried eating here twice. Both times the service was horribly slow. It took over 45 mins to get our food both times. When the food came out on our first trip there, it was over cooked and cold. The second trip there we had asked after waiting 30 mins after ordering if we could have the side of mashed potatoes for our infant and the grilled cheese for our toddler to be brought out as soon as possible. we came in today at 2pm. family of 5. we were seated somewhat quickly, and then sat at our table for over 45 minutes. not a single person came to talk to us, give us water or beverages, nothing. my kids are 5 and started whining at this point and we had diners at other tables glaring at them and giving us nasty looks. for an expensive restaurant, their service sucked. people are better off going across the street to cracker barrel. their food is just as good and prices are about the same.....but their service is much bette... read more

very slow service and cold food. not busy at all and waiting over 10 minutes for the waiter to bring me go boxes and my check! This is ridiculous as many waiters have walked by seeing us waiting

We went last night and it took forever to be seated. When we were finally seated our waitress did not come to take our drink order for at least 15 minutes. We had to tell the hostess in order to get any service. Manager was rude. We ended up leaving because the service was so poor. We were there for an hour and only received drinks. I will never go back.

If you want to wait 10 mins for your server to come to your table, 15 mins to get your drinks and then never get refills, and wait 30 mins to get your food for it to be cold... this is the place for you!! And I was giving this place a second chance because I went the first week it opened and figured I’d come back and see if it was just the madness of opening a new restaurant but nope! Won’t be back!

No rolled utensils, waitress had touched the end of my fork, it was hot in the restaurant, ac from ceiling was leaking on my son, dirty floors.
