I came in a week ago to the Grants Pass location and ordered chicken fried steak to go. I got home and had one of the best chicken fried steak dinners I ever had. Everything was perfect. I spent $12 today and left a couple dollars tip. Today I came in and ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast to go. I was so disappointed with what they gave me I took a picture of it. I have been to black bear three times now. I figured why not. The first time we went to eat it was right after they opened we had breakfast. It was probably the nastiest breakfast I’ve ever had. We went to dinner with friends one night, the only thing was half way right was my bacon cheese burger I mean really how can you go wrong on that right!? this is the second time I either had bad service or just bad food this time it was the food I had the California eggs Benedict when I told them the tomato didnt look fresh they told me they grill the tomato it didnt look like the grilled . if I could put the picture I took of it I would your opinion. it I was gross the whole thing was gross it turn into a soup eggs the fruit didnt look fresh either not going to recommend your dinner IM NEVER COMING BACK YOU HAVE GONE DOWN HILL

Rude service from hostess. Walked in and walked right out. Very unprofessional. Rude service was not worth the 40 minute wait. Very unimpressed.

I went to the new Tulsa location, because I had heard that it was good. Started out great, food was good, our two waitresses were awesome and they even personally sang to me for my birthday. Then what I witnessed about had me in tears. The supervisor was getting on to the new girl that was one of the girls waiting on me. Food is great, but our server Kaysie had an attitude and was interrupting and arguing with my mom when she was just trying to talk to the server about her hash browns so they didn’t turn out like the last time we came in and she didn’t even take into consideration what my mom was saying. Not pleased, so this’ll probably be the last time I ever eat here.
