I had to wait for more than 10 mins to get coffee. When our waitress had the nerve to refill the coffee to surrounding tables without bringing ours, I finally said something. She didn't apologize but came up with the lame excuse that all the food came up at once! I just saw you filling coffee cups! And really Black Bear, is melon suppose to be crunchy? Aren't the eggs in eggs Benedict suppose to be on the muffins and not on the side of the plate? Seriously, don't waste your time or money.
I had an order delivered, it was cold. called to complain but manager gave me a lame excuse. He even said he would try to give me a refund, but he didn't even bother to get my information. i will never eat there again.

I will say that it was opening day but I was very disappointed after reading all the hype and reviews from there other locations . We received very poor service and had to wait approx 30 minutes to receive our food, and I didnt even get what I ordered. my bill was adjusted accordingly but was not impressed with the food I received and by this time I just wanted to be done and move on. Found the worst BBD and it’s in San Rafael. 3 times been here and all 3 times they were out of the entree I drove 25 minutes to eat. And the staff is another story most look like they are on some type of a work furlough
I decided to get chicken pot pie tonight. It wasn't even cooked and cold web as heck when I got it
so I went twice a month for years, however I am done. I get my food a med rare steak and lobster tail. first my baked potato barely warm enough to melt my butter, second a dry maybe room temperature over cooked steak and a lobster tail like that of rubber. They bring me a new steak after being there for an hour as it is. I get home and the outside is cook and the middle is cold like refrigerator cold. sorry lost a faithful customer.
