My husband and I were disappointed by the service we received and ultimately he did not purchase my engagement ring or wedding band here. Of all the jewelry stores we visited while shopping for my engagement ring, this was my least favorite. After years of sitting on an engagement ring I bought at a Global Diamond Trade Show, I finally popped the question and she accepted. Mervis provided a great experience, especially Mika Rockett who helped me select my fiancée's engagement ring. She was helpful, informative, and worked hard to accommodate me throughout the process. I also compared prices of similar diamonds at other jewelers in the area and Mervis was far and away a better deal. I would absolutely recommend Mervis to a friend buying an engagement ring.

I recently took my engagement ring in to be sized. My fiance did not purchase my ring at the retailer however I read their reviews and decided to look at wedding bands and have my ring resized at the same time. The receptionist greeted me and was extremely friendly however when she introduced me to the rep helping me- i was greeted by a very cold woman who had no interest in assisting me or showing me wedding bands. Bought my cousin diamond studs there, they were pleasant and nice to work with Didn't have an appointment but they still helped me right away and even cleaned my mom's rings while we waited. Other than spending more than my budget, cause they didn't have the size I wanted in stock, it was great.

First of all, my fiancee bought me a gorgeous ring from here that I couldn't be happier with. The problem has been with trying to get it resized since then. We went back in October for the "complimentary" ring re-sizing. I was never offered to sit down and barely even got past the entryway.
