First off, I'm not a fan of Mervis's cheesy radio ads, and I wasn't looking forward to visiting when we showed up, it was just another box to check as my friends and I visited every jewelry store in Tysons. My bf and I came here on a whim one night on the quest for THE ring. I am so glad we went because we had an amazing experience. It certainly didn't take me long to fall in love with Verragio. The Verragio sales rep was awesome. Our Mervis sales rep Tina was phenomenal, her no bs, no pressure attitude was much appreciated. She was patient with us and very understanding of our price range. I recently purchased a ring from this Mervis location, and could not have been happier! They have an exquisite selection of jewelry for all fashions. From start to finish I was treated with the upmost respect from the entire staff. Oh, and did I mention to say they had my ring set and completed in less than 2 hours! I recommend Mervis to anyone looking to purchase a high quality piece of jewelry.
I bought my first diamond stud from Mervis in 2010 and began taking advantage of their great trade up program a few years later. It is wonderful to be able to upgrade and get full value for the trade in. Dodi is a terrific diamond expert and really helped bring the sparkle I needed into my life. Be sure to ask for her at this location!
Best of the best. 3rd time i have used Mervis for jewelry. Never had an issue. Prices are always fair. Sales person is always knowledgeable and very attentive before, during and after the sale. Best in the area. Highly recommended.

So this is hopefully the only time I am going to be purchasing an engagement ring, and I have to say the experience I had at Mervis in Tysons was above and beyond. That location was recommended by a close friend, however the person he had dealt with was no longer working there. I made an appointment and soon met my salesman, Fazken Krikorian. Great friendly staff. I bought an engagement ring with Mervis 26 years ago and I have never regretted it. Fazken at the Tysons Store was most helpful with an appraisal that I needed on a ring that was bought elsewhere. The Tysons Corner Store is very nice and that staff is most professional.
My husband and I had such an amazing experience at Mervis. Especially with Janette Davila. I had a specific ring in mind for my wedding band and she made that idea come to life. She was so patient with all the back and forth regarding the design of the ring and it turned out perfect, I couldn't be happier. If you are in the rockville area you should go see her, she is amazing!
Brenda was very helpful with picking out or wedding bands. My biggest fear was walking into a jewelry shop and being judged for not wanting to spend a crazy amount on them. Thankfully she was very accommodating and helped us find our rings for a more than reasonable price. My engagement ring was a bit difficult to find a band for but she really knows her stuff so she made it a really easy process.
