My husband purchased my engagement ring here 8 years ago after looking at other jewelers as well. Amazing customer service from Becky Hubbard! We had the misfortune of having to replace the diamond in my engagement ring. She was able to see that the previous jeweler had done a poor job with the original setting. While informing of us of what should have been done originally, she coordinated with Tacori to get the ring fixed and provided us with several diamond options equivalent to the original. My fiancé met with Mika Rockett at Mervis Diamond last February to pick out an engagement ring for me. He had nothing but amazing things to say about his experience with Mika. First off, I'm not a fan of Mervis's cheesy radio ads, and I wasn't looking forward to visiting when we showed up, it was just another box to check as my friends and I visited every jewelry store in Tysons. My bf and I came here on a whim one night on the quest for THE ring. I am so glad we went because we had an amazing experience. It certainly didn't take me long to fall in love with Verragio. I recently purchased a ring from this Mervis location, and could not have been happier! They have an exquisite selection of jewelry for all fashions. From start to finish I was treated with the upmost respect from the entire staff. Oh, and did I mention to say they had my ring set and completed in less than 2 hours! I recommend Mervis to anyone looking to purchase a high quality piece of jewelry.
I bought my first diamond stud from Mervis in 2010 and began taking advantage of their great trade up program a few years later. It is wonderful to be able to upgrade and get full value for the trade in. Dodi is a terrific diamond expert and really helped bring the sparkle I needed into my life.
