I recently took my engagement ring in to be sized. My fiance did not purchase my ring at the retailer however I read their reviews and decided to look at wedding bands and have my ring resized at the same time. The receptionist greeted me and was extremely friendly however when she introduced me to the rep helping me- i was greeted by a very cold woman who had no interest in assisting me or showing me wedding bands. Bought my cousin diamond studs there, they were pleasant and nice to work with Didn't have an appointment but they still helped me right away and even cleaned my mom's rings while we waited. Other than spending more than my budget, cause they didn't have the size I wanted in stock, it was great.

First of all, my fiancee bought me a gorgeous ring from here that I couldn't be happier with. The problem has been with trying to get it resized since then. We went back in October for the "complimentary" ring re-sizing. I was never offered to sit down and barely even got past the entryway. I bought an engagement ring and wedding bands from Mervis and could not be happier! This place is absolutely awesome. They have a fantastic ring & diamond selection that's second to none (and, trust me, I did my research). Their customer service is excellent as well. My fiancé and I could not be happier with our experience at Mervis. We worked with Janette who is amazing! She helped us custom design a ring in order to include a pair of my fiance's mother's earrings which are a very special heirloom. My fiance and I have made multiple purchases from Mervis (engagement ring and both wedding bands). We have always appreciated the prompt service and kindness by everyone in the store. On our most recent series of Mervis trips, Deva Helmand was very helpful and patient with us as we looked at wedding bands. She must have brought out at least a dozen! Deva even helped get a model Tacori ring shipped to the Mervis location for us to see firsthand before deciding to make a purchase. Overall we had a very positive experience!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring at Mervis and we had a good experience with Elizabeth so we went back to purchase wedding bands. We worked with Dodi in DC to pick out the bands. The visit went fine, I found a band that I thought would contrast and compliment my thinner engagement ring well even though my fiancé said he didn't think they looked good together.
