I would be willing to move into this community. It is very pretty in the spring. I wish that my loved would have been able to enjoy it longer. The staff were very friendly and a lot of them were from an agency but most of them were very friendly and very good at there job there were just a few as always that were not as good as the other workers that were there. This was a very pretty place but unfortunately we were there in the late winter and did not get to see it in the spring.

Think twice about how much care they need and if they are getting adequate hydration.

I would highly recommend this community for your loved one. They have activities like sing a longs bingo, and other things to keep the residents busy in the community. My loved one is very happy there.

It is a wonderful community. I think your loved one would be well taken care of here. The staff were okay about calling back with answers to my questions or concerns.

We chose The Cottages of Fox Lake because they had a special unit for Alzheimers which is what we needed. The room sizes here are average compared to others we saw. There have been no complaints about the food, I would say it is above average. It is a very convenient because we are close and the grounds are very well kept. I would recommend to others.

We are so happy and pleased that our mom is at The Cottages of Fox Lake. They are taking such good care of her. She is in memory care and needs a great deal of kind, loving, patient help and she gets it all from everyone at the cottages. We rest easy in a way we never thought possible.

We chose The Cottages of Fox Lake because the living community was smaller and it felt more homey which appealed to my mother in law more than others that we saw. The room sizes here are very good. She likes the food here a lot, I have eaten at the facility once and it was good, there is a chef on site that prepares the meals. The best part about the community so far has been the family like vibe to it. The people here are also very friendly. I would recommend.

From the moment I visited I knew I found home. Friendship with people my age but also the staff. Bingo, crafts, outings, or sitting on the porch. There is always something happening.

I have been other places and so far this is the best! Kind people to help me. Friendly people around me. Love my coffee and snacks. Love to be outside in my rocker.
