Hotel needs to be refurbished. Rooms are tired. Broken mirrors, dingy bathrooms etc.

Do yourself a favor, stay elsewhere. Experience with Le Meridien brand will only cause further disappointment upon arrival at the Philadelphia hotel. Our entire stay was a train wreck and amounted to a final decision to avoid any Meridien hotel in the future. They oversold their hotel, they gave people I was traveling with uncleaned or partially cleaned rooms, they completely understaffed all areas of service. Our booked suite was changed to a double room, we had to ask for toilet paper, my colleague was blocked from coming back in the building when she stepped outside - even though she had her key. A cleaning person entered the room at 9am without knocking. Some employees were amazing and some need an attitude check

Decent but wouldn’t stay again Check-in says 3pm my room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm, so had to wait around and take work calls in the loud bar/restaurant. Staff were all nice and offered me a free glass of bubbles and continental breakfast voucher. The room was ok, but chilly even with the thermo up. Sheets had marks, and shower head had rust. Behind the bed in between the headboard and mattress was dirty. The speciality coffees made downstairs were tasty. Bkfst was okay. Decent stay but not luxurious.
