Miscommunication at first but then a manager got in the mix of it and fixed it and I appreciate that because there was a lot of misunderstanding and communication that happen that shouldn't have happened but I am happy with the situation that the manager resolved. Great experience with the overall sales and claims process, was very skeptical at first. Rear window was stuck down due to a failed window power motor and regulator. Parts and labor were covered. Service advisor at the dealership said it was one of the best companys she ever dealt with to date. Saved myself $765. So far paying off.
I purchased an extended warranty contract with Coverage X and have been thoroughly impressed with the company. The coverage is extensive, covering all the major systems I worry about, and affordable giving me peace of mind. The contract was very clear with no hidden fees. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate the added benefits like roadside assistance and rental car reimbursement. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I have not had to use my policy yet, but I went with CoverageX after calling several other companies to get quotes because the other companies would not answer all my questions and concerns but CoverageX did. I had this poor guy on the phone for an hour before I finally decided to buy the coverage. But they did not try to rush me to giving them my money like all the other companies. They answered my questions and explained everything very well. I feel very comfortable with the staff at CoverageX.
