You really have to want CB (and I do) to suffer through this app. It won't accept my account log in. It acts as if it has, but then just goes back to the checkout screen. It won't accept the verification code to change the password. I'm forced to use the guest ordering each and every time. Each time I order, I live in hope that it will accept my account login and each time my hopes are dashed. What a sad state of affairs. :(

Online ordering experience is awful! Every time. Every step from the menu to the checkout, the unresponsive restaurant to the confused cashiers.

Poor app functionality. Can't ask for something to be left off (hold the mayo, etc). We were unable to add more than a single entree - any additional item added only changed the sides on the 1st entree.

The UI is pretty good, besides a few quirks including having upcharged sides show up before regular sides when choosing an entree. All it needs is an option to enter special requests. I can't put pickles on my cheeseburger... I can't not rate it lowly for that... Just one more option with a free textbox would fix most peoples' complaints.
