I tried website, app to place a delivery order kept kicking me out then I call store after holding 5 mins I am told sorry can't help u cuz we don't deliver then the app should say that 1st of all but after all the inconvenience decided to go to different restaurant due to the rudeness and non help that Nikki didn't wanna do

Bad app!!! Uninstalling right away!!!
In some ways, this App is very well thought out, but it has a very serious flaw in that you apparently cannot change your delivery/pickup option after selecting menu items. We ordered today for the whole family, only to find out we were out of their delivery zone, Why can we not switch to pickup? Or try delivery from a different store? The App is not allowing us to change the delivery/pickup/ or store option, so I had to change that and re-enter the entire order. Time consuming!

Do not order cracker barrel with a gift card!!!! It does not work on the site or the app!!!!

Kind of worthless when you can't actually get on the wait list through the app
You have to speedrun your credentials, otherwise the checkout menu will time you out.
THIS deserves zero stars but i have to give it a star. The food is soooooooooooooooo gross! I'm suprised people actually like it.
