Waitlist never works at our location. Once you put your name on the list, if your phone sleeps or you exit the app, you disappear from the waitlist. Good luck rejoining the waitlist either. It is the exact opposite of convenience.

One of the buggiest apps I have EVER used. Took 6 tries to get my order placed this morning. I would recommend everyone to just use the mobile website until they get this mess of an app fixed, updated, and polished.

Atrocious, Run The app and their web site use to be easy and friendly. Now you have to enter all of your information each time you want to check out even signed in. That is not as bad if you go to the website on you computer but it's infuriating on a mobile device. I'm going to start going to Bob Evans, the food is just as good and their app and website are far superior.

The app seems ok, but the information that it provides is meaningless. Our party of 10 signed onto the waitlist on a Sunday at 10am. The app said there was a 5-10 minute wait. Now anybody who's been to a Cracker Barrel know that a Sunday morning wait is likely to be an hour. The app texted back that we were #8 on the waitlist. When we checked with the host she said we were #18 and the wait would be 30 to 45 minutes. How did we go from #8 to #18? We took our business elsewhere.

Tried app again took my order but the God dam app deleted one of my dinners during check out unfortunately u didn't notice till after food came out to car. I'm officially done with this app
