Before I was able to use gift cards here, now I can't. Don't like it. It also tells you that they don't have items that they do but it does not tell you when something is out for real.
I hate to do this because this is such a well designed app and the experiance would be great if it WORKED. Every time I try to order anything I encounter an error and its become such a frustrating experiance. We've gone from eating here every sunday to rarely ordering because wrestling with the app is such a hassle. Its been MONTHS since this started happening and its really discouraging that its still not working

The app is okay but there's no way to contact after you receive your order if your order is incorrect. Of which my order was incorrect and I have no way to contact.

This app is complete trash. I just updated to the newest version and it won't even allow me to sign in. In the past when I could sign in, it wouldn't retain user data. You'd think for a company that makes the money CB does they could spend the money to have a proper mobile app built.

I keep having to send the food back. It's either over cooked, or under cooked. Seems there is no happy medium. Plus, I don't know what the management of Cracker Barrel is thinking, but they keep dropping good menu items for new stuff that tastes terrible. I tried their NEW Beef Tips, and Fried Shrimp with another item. The Beef was pre-sliced before cooking and it was tougher than Chinese arithmetic, and the Shrimp was Rubbery. I had to send it back too. The best item they had was recently drop.

Hello, location needs to be 1st and front, plus allow passwod to be seen when registrating.
Cannot order pickup through the app. Everything looks good then all cart quantities are doubled between tip and finalization with absolutely no ability to edit back to original quantities. IHOP is easier. JS
