Cooled food long wait for baskfast to come to table. waitess was okay will get the hang off it I am sure . Kinda smelt like a bar not a family place. If it don't do something I want be back or my family.
The mobile pay doesn't work sometimes and now the waitress blocked the scan code saying that they don't get the tip sometimes. Where is the tip going, because I am always charged the tip on my credit card bill. Also, the wait list doesn't work. I never get a text when the table is ready. We have to wait in line anyway, and sometimes the hostess needs help to find where our name is.

The app never let's me sign in. I try to have it send a code to reset password but I never get the email. I try to setup the account again and it says I already have an account with my email address.

The app has improved a lot. However you still can't order the same customized orders through the app that you could in person. For example, what if someone wants plain hash browns instead of hash brown casserole, or wants to replace bacon with sausage. In some parts of the app you can do this -- in other parts, the options aren't available. Also, it would be great if the app remembered me and my preferred location. Otherwise great job and great improvements!

This app will not let me complete the checkout information. I start to fill it out and the page dissappears, leaving me to start over only to have it vanish again.

Horrendous. It constantly refreshes to the main screen, even while entering payment info because it also won't communicate with Google pay and everything has to be hand keyed. Hopefully you can type fairly quickly otherwise you won't have the time to finalize the payment screen before it refreshes and deletes everything you typed in. The only thing worse than this app is the website itself. It's 2023, hire a new IT team.

I can echo the frustrations of other reviews. I add food to my order, but it disappears when I try to check out. I've spent a half hour trying to get this to work, even creating an account.
