I keep getting mail from this company although I did make it clear I wanted no more. I did some of my own investigating and found that Secretary of State (**********) issued a certificate of Surrender on 08/11/21. That means the corporation is completely surrendered and the corporate rights, powers and privileges will cease in **********. I was told that I did prequalify but that "all loan fundings are on hold until further notice. We are not in the position to be able to start lending again and unfortunately do not have a specific date as to when we are able to resume loan processing". Then I looked at the reviews and noted the recent loans that have been given. Called and spoke to a woman with the alias of Carola. When answered, I heard that I was calling Americore which was really confusing to me because I thought I was calling credit 9. When I asked where am I calling she laughed and said where are you calling, you are calling ********. And laughed again. I felt I was suckered into accepting a loan from credit 9 because they first quoted me a great deal then when I was going to accept it the quote changed to a higher amount and higher payment amount. I was going to decline but then I was told that I need to because one of my creditors is legal and probably have to go to court, it's like a pretty painting was put in front of me but then when I accepted it it all changed.
They do not stand their statements. Used COVID FOR months as an excuse. Where is that in the contract? It is not. Pathetic.
The person I spoke with disappeared after I spoke with him. His name is *********************. Terrible customer service. He said he likes to help people but the minute I questioned if it was one of those debt services you pay for, he never called back to discuss my options. Extremely unprofessional..
