I spoke with a representative by the name of PJ. After hearing what loans were being offered to me. I politely declined. The offers werent what I needed. He continued to try to convince me of why I needed the loan. When I declined again , he began insulting me. I hope PJ is not an accurate representation of Credit9. Im glad I decided not to take their offer!

Okay so you have to know the game. I received an offer of 0 percent for one year with no upfront fees in the mail. I have a balance transfer coming due and what is left will be at 12.99. I knew this offer was to good to be true. If your credit is fair or good then stay away from companies like this. If you are unable to make your monthly payments or the interest is to high on your debt then you can give these companies a chance but shop around and realize this will affect your credit going forward. The call started off good with talks of how much I could save a month. That they would reach out to the credit companies to arrange a settled amount. Saving me even more money.Then I was told I would just stop making payments to the creditors and then asked to set up a payment schedule starting immediately to them.- *** is this even possible you haven't contacted my creditors?- I'm going to make payments without knowing my other account have been taken care of by you?- Where's to proof of an arrangement with these creditors?... read more

I'm really starting to suspect the legitimacy of this business. I'm calling the number listed on their website, and I have been trying to talk to someone for weeks without getting a response. EVERY SINGLE time that I call, I get to the voicemail of someone saying "Welcome to Americor" and asking me to leave a message.The only time that I was able to talk to an agent was right after my application. This is a bait and switch company. They first try and get to get a loan from prosper at 35%. Then they tell you you need a debt consolidation program and want to charge you for it. There are no loan for 5%. They freeze your credit lines.Stay away from this company

The beginning of the call was friendly and informational as you’d expect. My agent was named Natalie, although when she sent info via email for me to review her name was Jennifer. Neither here nor there that’s not the issue. About 45 minutes into the call when she was close to reeling me in to consolidate my debt, I began to have some questions (like everyone should). Called this company on 4/27/2021. Talked to a Jeremy Cunningham Direct email jeremy.cunninghamjamericor.com by the way is not a true email. My opinion is this is a bogus site. Called today 5/18/2021 just to follow up and see what would be said talked to a Tony who when I told him what I went through with this Jeremy character put me on hold and got a answering machine to leave a message. Well I did and low and behold not a return call.. BBB think maybe you should not give this place a A+ rating???? Really....

I spoke very briefly with Dorrie K. and it was the worst I've ever been treated as a customer in any capacity. We scheduled a time to speak, to which she reached out, and she was bombarding me with questions without letting me answer them. When I tried to respond for even a brief moment, she rudely interrupted with another question. She began telling me details about my account, to which I have no clue about. This company sent me a offer they have no intent in honoring. The number on the offer is not valid and the number on their web site is not valid as well. The contact number listed here with the BBB is not valid as well... I recommend you not write to them.
